Crestapol® 1210 Urethane Acrylate Resin
Part of our Crestapol range of urethane acrylate resins, Crestapol 1210 is a low viscosity resin suitable for use in closed mould processes. It is not advised for use in open mould applications. It has excellent toughness and can be highly filled with additives such as alumina trihydrate and calcium carbonate.
Before use, Crestapol 1210 should attain workshop temperature. This resin has a rapid cure, needing only the addition of a catalyst and two accelerators to begin the curing process. It requires no post cure, making it a versatile and easy to use resin. The pot life of Crestapol 1210 will differ depending on your chosen levels of accelerators and catalysts, ranging from 7 to 62 minutes. For more information download our data sheet below.
Crestapol 1210 should be stored in the dark at a temperature between 20°C and 30°C. We supply this resin in 25kg, 200kg and 1 tonne containers, which should be opened immediately prior to use.
A partially pre-accelerated version of Crestapol 1210 is also available from Scott Bader. To find out more about this or any of our other resins or composites, get in touch today.
