8. Advertising

We may launch targeted advertising campaigns to you through LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. These social media platforms have interest-based advertising programs that allow us to direct advertisements to users who have shown interest in our products or services while using the social media platforms, or to groups of other users who share similar traits, such as likely commercial interests and demographics. 9. CCTV Usage

The Scott Bader group of companies uses closed circuit television (CCTV) images. There is no audio recording i.e., conversations are not recorded on the CCTV.

Cameras are located at strategic locations throughout the business premises, principally at the entrance and exit points.

All cameras are clearly visible and appropriate signs are prominently displayed so that employees, clients, customers, and other visitors are aware they are entering the premises.

10. Call Recording

From time to time, the Scott Bader group of companies may record customer conversations via incoming and outgoing telephone calls. These recordings enable us to assess customer satisfaction, train and develop staff, review call quality and improve services. It also gives access to a verbal record of what is said in the event of a subsequent complaint.

11. Job Applicants

As part of any recruitment process, the Scott Bader group of companies collects and processes personal data relating to job applicants. The Company is committed to being transparent about how it collects and uses that data and to meeting its data protection obligations.

The Company collects a range of information about you. This includes:

  • Your name, address and contact details, including email address and telephone number;
  • Details of your qualifications, skills, experience and employment history;
