Debbie Baker has recently joined the Scott Bader Group Board as a Non-Executive Director (NED).

Debbie has worked in a variety of roles in the energy and chemical industry over the last 20 years, and has a background in HR, sustainability management and public affairs. She is currently also Public Affairs Director at CF Fertilisers.

Debbie sits on the Council of the Chemical Industries Association and on the Business Growth Committee for the Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership.

Commenting on her appointment, Debbie says:  “From its inception, Scott Bader was set up as a unique business, with strong integrity and clear principles around the environment and safety. I feel privileged and excited to join the Board as the business implements a sustainable strategy to nurture long-term growth for the benefit of its employees both now and in the future.”
