Keep House is a grade II listed stone built farm house comprising of three floors with barns and gardens situated at Scott Bader’s head office in Wollaston. Following its full renovation to units, The Scott Bader Commonwealth is looking to hear from any Northamptonshire charities or community groups that might benefit from a Keep House lease or ad hoc hire of its community room.

The house includes:

• Six vacant units available to let with very competitive terms. The units represent excellent suites for office, consultation or therapeutic purposes; and
• A large Community Room based on the ground floor which is available to hire for meetings, workshops or training.

All tenants will benefit from a communal kitchen, lounge and meeting room situated on the first floor. All floors have drink stations and toilets. The site has a ramped rear entrance, disabled toilets on the ground floor and a stair lift from the ground floor to first floor.

The house gardens are designated for sensory, wildlife and horticultural development and seating areas will be available for tenants.

The site includes access to other neighbouring resources. Scott Bader’s Commonwealth Centre is available for tenants to hire for larger events such as an AGM or fundraisers.
