Texicryl 13-073
Texicryl 13-073 is a styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion that is used in the formulation of primer systems. It can be used for the production of water-resistant ceramic tile adhesives, being particularly suited for floor tile adhesives, resulting in a high degree of flexibility.
Texicryl 13-073 helps to control the porosity of the base substrates, in turn aiding with adhesion for ease of use whether in DIY or trade applications. It has a pH of 8, and a viscosity of 750mPa.s at 25°C. Its minimal film formation temperature (determined by metal bar with temperature gradient) is 0°C, making it incredibly versatile, although suitability for different applications is the responsibility of the user.
To avoid impacting final product performance, Texicryl 13-073 should be stored between 5°C and 30°C, in a dry place away from frost and direct sunlight. It should be stored in its original container (supplied in either drums or intermediate bulk containers), and unopened until use.
