This summer, the Scott Bader LEJOG team cycled the gruelling 1000 miles from Lands’ End to John O’Groats in 8 days raising an amazing £21,640 for Kettering General Hospital and The Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance (WNAA) – two charities the team hold close to their hearts.

At the end of September the team had the pleasure of presenting £10,820 to Kettering General Hospital, and at the end of October it was the turn of The WNAA to receive a £10,820 donation.

Team member, Dave Toyer, has first-hand experience of the valuable work the air ambulance do as he had them to thank after they air lifted his father to hospital following a motorbike accident.
