MRC Cleanroom systems are a worldwide design consultant and manufacturer of innovative clean room systems. They are also an established Scott Bader customer using our resins and gelcoats for their GRP modular systems. When our Middle East site needed a complete refurbishment of their laboratory, the decision was made to engage the services of MRC systems to design and install a complete GRP clean room solution.

The Old Laboratory

The old laboratory had poor insulation that resulted in energy loss, and an extraction system which was due replacement. The laboratory space also needed review to ensure its best use for the current and future business needs.

MRC systems use their expertise to design and provide a complete GRP clean room that not only offered quality and longevity, but also aligned with us sustainability ambitions. As a Scott Bader customer, the GRP panels used for the clean room manufactured with Crestafire FST Crystic resins and gelcoats to ensure the highest clean room standards and regulatory FST compliance.
