Since 2021, Scott Bader Commonwealth has donated £9,000 to Sals Shoes. A charity who provides shoes for children who don’t have any to wear.

• In 2021, £4,000 was donated to fund the distribution of 4,000 pairs of shoes to disadvantaged / vulnerable children across the world
• In 2023, £5,000 funded 555 pairs of school shoes in the UK

Children tend to outgrow their shoes before they outwear them and feet in shoes are feet protected from injury and infection. Shoes are relatively difficult to recycle because of all the different components they are made up of, so Sals Shoes find preloved children’s shoes new feet.

Over the last 10 years, Sals shoes have distributed 5,203,237 pairs of shoes across 60 countries, including 1,1314,591 pairs in 2023 to countries including; Ukraine, Kenya, Myanmar, Syria, South Africa and 152,385 pairs in the UK.
