“It was amazing to attend the event and to hear about all the incredible work that Carers Worldwide are doing in India, Bangladesh and Nepal to support unpaid family carers, in particular the report that every £1 donated equates to a social return on investment of £7.79. It is wonderful to hear about the positive difference funding from Scott Bader can make”

Carers Worldwide are a charity that promotes recognition of and support for unpaid family carers in low and middle income countries. Caring for a family member impacts on the health, wellbeing and income of carers and through its charity partners in India, Nepal and Bangladesh, Carers Worldwide puts in place practical support to improve their lives and the lives of their family members.

“We have been delighted to receive such generous support from Scott Bader throughout the 10 years we have been working to change the lives of family carers in South Asia. Their belief in what we do has meant we have been able to expand services in the areas of counselling and economic opportunities for carers in rural parts of India. These are opportunities that wouldn’t have existed without this support. We look forward to continuing to work together.” Anil Patil, Founder and Executive Director.
