As part of our Centenary celebrations in April, we gave every Scott Bader colleague a gift bag that included a yummy Centenary chocolate bar. In true Willy Wonka style, 10 golden tickets were randomly added to the individual chocolate bars handed out across the Scott Bader Group.

In keeping with our values, instilled by our founder Ernest Bader, the lucky winners were able to donate £100 each to a charity of their choice through the Scott Bader Commonwealth.

From the 10 golden tickets, the following charities were chosen to receive a £100 donation as part of our Centenary celebrations:

Scott Bader’s Centenary year

On 28th April 2021, we were proud to celebrate 100 years of Scott Bader and 70 years of employee ownership through the Scott Bader Commonwealth.

To mark our Centenary we celebrated in a number of ways including; welcoming Her Royal Highness, The Princess Royal to our UK headquarters, offsetting our global carbon emissions, creating a Scott Bader Centenary book, giving gift bags to all Scott Bader colleagues and creating this brilliant Centenary video:
